• Allow users looking or searching for speech therapy approach for Trilled or Rolled [r] sound or other speech disorders.
  
• Allow users to buy materials or tools for home-based or office-based for speech therapy approach for Trilled or Rolled [r] sound or other speech disorders.

If we indicate that a Registered User has verified certain information, it means that the user has complied with the process we have established for verifying such information. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any Client, or other user of the Site or Services. Moreover, we do not assume and expressly disclaim any liability that may result from the use of information provided on our Site. 2. Eligibility to Use the Site and Services; Representations and Warranties

2.1. Eligibility. To be eligible to use our Services, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older; except that if you are under 18, you may use the Speechify [r] tool with the express consent, and under the supervision of a parent and legal guardian.

• If you are registering to be a SLP, you must have all required licenses and certifications to offer the services you provide, in strict accordance with all applicable law.
  

2.2. Representations and Warranties

• By Client. You hereby represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms and you commit to abide by all of the terms and conditions hereof. You also represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria set forth above.
  
• You have necessary permission from the student and parent, if necessary, to provide service with the Speechify and/or Speechify[r] tool. You have permission to perform service with the Speechify and/or Speechify[r] tool with a given patient/student.
  
• You will not solicit users for purposes other than providing private speech therapy service with the Speechify and/or Speechify[r] tool.
  
• You will provide all services in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  
• You will not provide, or seek to provide, speech therapy services with the Speechify and/or Speechify [r] tool in violation of this Terms of Use. 
  

3. Rules for User Conduct and Use of Services

3.1. Registration, Posting, and Content Restrictions
The following rules pertain to “Content”, defined as any communications, images, sounds, videos, and all the material, and information that you upload or transmit through the Site or Services, or that other users upload or transmit, including without limitation any content, messages, photos, audios, videos, reviews or profiles that you publish or display (hereinafter, “post”). By transmitting and submitting any Content while using our Service, you agree, represent and warrant as follows:

• You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information in connection with your registration for use of the Site and the Services.

attempt to re-register with us if we have terminated your account for any or no reason or terminate your registration and re-register in order to prevent a review from being associated with your account

interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our Services; make any automated use of the system, or take any action that we deem to impose or to potentially impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure; bypass any robot exclusion headers or other measures we take to restrict access to the Service or use any software, technology, or device to scrape, spider, or crawl the Service or harvest or manipulate data; use the communication systems provided by or contacts made on the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes; publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user’s browser or computer.

Should we find that you violated the terms of this Section or any terms stated herein, we reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately terminate your use of the Site and Services. By using the Site and/or Services, you agree that we may assess, and you will be obligated to pay, a Eur10,000 daily penalty for scraping, either in a manual or automatic manner, Client information, including but not limited to, names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses, copying copyrighted text, or otherwise mis-using or mis-appropriating Site content, including but not limited to, use on a “mirrored”, competitive, or third party site. This fee shall be in addition to any other rights we may have under these Terms, including under the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
